Once upon a time…
…we were a humble little design studio, but SCD wanted to do more – to create more awareness, show more responsibility, design for more causes. And, while no one would be more passionate about these causes than the clients themselves, SCD would be in a close 2nd. So we embarked on a new mission: to turn companies’ good-doings into something great.
We’re still in the same humble little studio, but now we’re a well-oiled, creative machine – and with the help of a lively bunch of freelancers, we can be flexible to our clients’ needs. SCD is big when you need big, and small when you don’t. So you get agency-sized results without agency-sized invoices. Whether it’s face to face or computer to computer, our clients are always in the loop, making decisions right there with us, from concept to completion. We know they wouldn’t expect anything less from an organization that’s fueled by Sara Cowley.
When she’s not in the office, Sara Cowley is either hanging with the fam, teaching Capital Campaigns at the Creative Circus, or flying airplanes. After studying design and attending a graduate program for Social Work at Georgia State University, she merged her two passions into one career: SCD. As founder and head designer, she’s been hard at work for over ten years, creating award-winning work, making her designs meaningful.
